This symposium focused on Urban Development Planning and Community Construction.

The participants included scholars from Beijing and local practitioners including the local officials of Beijing Fengtai District and about 60 village cadres from Beijing Lugouqiao County who were the key policy makers and implanters in areas of rural social welfare provision, community planning, and shareholding reforms.

本次研讨会的讨论重点是城市发展规划和社区建设。与会者包括来自北京的学者、北京市丰台区地方官员，以及来自北京卢沟桥乡的约60名村干部。其中，村干部是农村社会福利保障、社区规划和股份制改革的关键政策制定者和执行者。
