With the accelerated advent of the mobile internet era, village-in-flows are beginning to emerge. In these new villages, virtual agglomeration caused by the space of flows creates more economic development and employment opportunities without necessarily leading to a significant increase in the density and intensity of the built-up areas. The E-Garden City constituted by the village-in-flows and the relatively low-density town-in-flows possesses a strong endogenous power, and can connect the industrial division system in a wider range, thus providing fuller employment and a more livable living environment.
